Hi ,what I do to make it through each day.
First Off
- Medatation
- Walking
- Watching Movies
- Painting
- Designing
All those things help to distract my mind.
Another one that helps me when i'm in hospital is working on my websites and chatting in forums ,thats if you have a laptop that is.
Try Medatation, I use it to help me relax and go to sleep at night ,It works for some but it might or might not work for you untill you try.
Walking is good for the whole body its great exercise for the body and mind.
Movies is great to pass the time away,so your not thinking of your illnes.
Painting is one thing I'm good at it realy helps your mind focus on whats at hand your brush, and what comes out from the brush is just pure art.
I use oil paint on canvas and i draw this is my latest drawing two weeks ago its about my tumor in the Abdomin.I call it an alien . http://www.lifewithc.com/Alien.jpg
