Having Radio Therapy

I have had 9 cycles of chemo that has not worked there is still some hot spots of cancer in the large abdominal mass.
So now they are concentrating on that with Radiotherapy treatment now, I have had 3 hits so far alltogether I will be having 20 hits,so 17 more to go.
THey tell me I should'nt get side affect untill a week or two after but not me , I was sick the first two hits an hour and a half after each hit.
Spewed me guts up bad two times then come good after taking some meds,I take Zofran and maxalon together helps a lot.
So hopefuly this treatment will work this time.
